Keyboard Shortcuts Reference

Every keyboard shortcut in MediaFlow, grouped by menu, plus the single keys used in Review and the video preview.

Menu shortcuts work anywhere in the main window. The Review keys work while Review is open (Workflow → Review); they are single keys with no modifier. In Review and in the Import sheet, Space plays and pauses the video showing, whatever you clicked last, except while you are typing in a text field. The Video Playback keys work while the video preview has keyboard focus: click the preview first.

I / O — Mark the in or out point

A — Accept proposed category / camera (in Rapid Review)

R — Mark reject candidate (in Rapid Review)

T — Toggle auto-advance (in Rapid Review)

M — Show or hide the metadata overlay

? — Show or hide the key help

Esc — Close the key help, or leave Review

Import

Space — Play or pause the preview

Esc — Close the sheet without importing

Video Playback

Space — Play or pause the preview

I — Mark In Point

O — Mark Out Point

Undo and Redo

These come from the standard Edit menu. They undo and redo changes to categories, tags, notes, ratings and selects.
